Description
Xylem is hiring a Production Operator for its Montecchio Maggiore plant to assemble components and finished products and perform mechanical processing in the assembly and mechanical processing areas. The role includes using work and inspection tools, operating production cells and equipment, setting up machines, managing model changes, and carrying out quality checks. Candidates must belong to the Protected Categories under Law 68/99; manual dexterity, bill-of-materials and mechanical-drawing literacy, tool and measuring-instrument knowledge, and attention to safety and quality are required, while metalworking, assembly, mechanical processing, and welding experience are preferred. Part-time or full-time work on a day schedule or two or three shifts is considered, with a company cafeteria and company bonus listed as benefits.
