AMP is hiring a Production Operator for an on-site role in Portsmouth, Virginia. The position operates and inspects manufacturing equipment, performs maintenance and quality-control checks, maintains equipment cleanliness and storage, and follows safety and regulatory requirements. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with overtime and call-in work possible. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of similar manufacturing equipment experience, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, HSA eligibility, retirement, paid time off, sick days, and paid holidays.
