Description
B+B Thermo-Technik GmbH is hiring a Production Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, assemble and finish components under a microscope, perform small-batch production, conduct quality checks, carry out simple machine maintenance, help optimize production processes, package products for shipping, and comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. The role is permanent and full-time, with part-time options, and requires good manual dexterity, teamwork, communication, physical resilience, German skills at B2, and the ability to learn; prior vocational experience is not required.
