Description
The Production Operator performs safe and efficient manufacturing tasks, including monitoring machine parameters, performing quality control, operating a forklift safely, setting up equipment and packaging materials, packaging and labeling finished products, maintaining production documentation, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires prior manufacturing or machining experience, strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. It is based at the Elyria, Ohio site, operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and requires a physician-authorized NIOSH respirator due to airborne dust exposure.
