Description
The Production Operator performs pre-batching, blending, mixing, and batch monitoring of raw materials in a coatings manufacturing environment. The role operates mixers, pumps, scales, forklifts, and other production equipment; handles drums and materials safely; maintains cleanliness and housekeeping; and follows safety, quality, environmental, and integrated management system requirements. Applicants should have a high school, ITI, diploma, or undergraduate qualification, 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience, manual material-handling experience, knowledge of safe chemical handling, and strong safety, quality, communication, and teamwork skills.
