Cablex is hiring a Production Operator in Nilai, Malaysia to assemble cables, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies according to approved specifications, technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The role involves cutting, stripping, crimping, plugging, measuring, soldering, braiding, lacing, routing, and heat-shrinking, while maintaining safety, quality, housekeeping, and 5S standards. Candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions, basic English communication skills, and physical ability to perform repetitive assembly work; manufacturing or cable-assembly experience is advantageous. The position pays RM2,000 per month.
