Description
Celanese is hiring a Production Operator (Process Expert) for a Minnesota night-shift role producing thermoplastic material. The position involves setting up and operating extrusion equipment, monitoring and troubleshooting production, handling product samples and quality issues, operating a forklift, performing cleanouts and changeovers, maintaining production records, and supporting shift handoffs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, night-shift availability, basic mechanical aptitude, hand-tool use, basic math, and communication skills; manufacturing and forklift experience are preferred. Pay is $26.11 per hour plus a night-shift differential and annual bonus eligibility, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
