Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Production Operator to support the manufacturing and repair of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. The role performs production, cleaning, assembly, processing, inspection, material handling, and repair tasks across multiple manufacturing areas, including composite and metal parts. The position is scheduled for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a $3.00 shift differential. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, English communication ability, mechanical aptitude, attention to quality, and the ability to follow safety and work instructions; manufacturing or repair experience is preferred. The role requires physical activity, PPE use, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
