Coherent Corp. is hiring a full-time Production Operator for its Newark, Delaware manufacturing facility on a weekend shift. The role involves pouring and de-molding products, cleaning and assembling molds, assisting with carbonization kiln and furnace loads, sand blasting, preparing products for shipment, maintaining equipment, documenting work, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The schedule alternates between 3x12 and 4x12 weekend shifts, with a $2.10 shift differential.
