Coherent Corp. is hiring a full-time Production Operator for its Newark, Delaware manufacturing facility on a weekend shift. The role involves pouring and de-molding products, cleaning and assembling molds, assisting with carbonization kiln and furnace loads, sand blasting, preparing products for shipment, maintaining equipment, documenting work, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The schedule alternates weekly between 3x12 and 4x12 shifts, and the position requires physical work including lifting objects weighing 50 pounds or more and working 12 hours per day.
