Description
The Production Operator sets up, operates, monitors, and troubleshoots manufacturing equipment such as insert forming machines, wire rollers, and injection moulders; achieves production targets; tests machined parts; maintains documentation, housekeeping, tooling, consumables, and stock levels; supports continuous improvement and operator training; and follows safety and environmental procedures. The role requires some experience in tool manufacturing, metal fabrication, or a related field, mechanical aptitude, software and mechanical parameter-setting ability, hand-tool competence, manufacturing-system navigation, and strong attention to detail.
