Description
Guardian Glass is hiring Production Operators in Carleton, Michigan to handle, move, rack, and package glass sheets for shipment; monitor production equipment; perform quality inspections; troubleshoot minor equipment issues; and support production schedules and continuous improvement. The role works 12-hour night or day shifts, pays $20 per hour, and requires computer experience, safety-protocol experience, and effective teamwork. Preferred qualifications include manufacturing or industrial experience, machine-operator experience, and preventive or predictive maintenance experience.
