Description
The Production Operator C is an entry-level, full-time hourly role in the Production department in Connecticut. The position supports product quality control through sampling and analytical testing, assists with process equipment and parameter adjustments, operates and maintains filter presses and plant utilities, performs housekeeping and inventory tasks, and supports laboratory, safety, and facility activities. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass drug and background checks; chemical manufacturing experience is a plus. The role involves a rotating schedule and frequent physical activity, including climbing, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working outdoors and on elevated platforms.
