Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator/Palletizer/Forklift Operator for its Purina Animal Nutrition business. The role performs front-line manufacturing and packaging activities, operates machinery and equipment, follows safety and quality procedures, maintains a clean work area, and collaborates with leads and management. The position pays $27.70 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, works the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and may require weekends, overtime, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18, have at least one year of work experience, and possess basic computer and math skills; manufacturing, machine operation, forklift, and Yard Dog experience are preferred. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in potentially cold, hot, dusty, or chemically exposed environments.
