Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator (Butter) to perform front-line dairy manufacturing processes, including operating machinery and equipment, handling raw materials, adding value through proprietary processes, and packaging final products. The role pays $27.55 per hour and follows a 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM 2-2-3 rotation, with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed. Candidates must be at least 18, have at least six months of manufacturing experience, and possess basic computer and math skills; machine operation or forklift experience is preferred.
