Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for its Dairy Food manufacturing team. The role operates machinery and equipment, processes raw materials into final products, packages products, and follows safety, quality, and standard operating procedures. It is a third-shift position from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed, and pays $23.50 per hour plus a shift differential. Candidates must be at least 18, have at least one year of work experience, and possess basic computer and math skills; manufacturing experience and machine or forklift experience are preferred.
