Magnera is seeking entry-level production operators for non-woven production lines. The role involves operating various machines like opening, carding, entangling, drying, calendaring, winding, slitting, and packaging equipment. Operators will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining a safe environment, and achieving KPIs. Key responsibilities include performing changeovers, inspecting equipment, reporting quality issues, completing records, troubleshooting problems, operating a forklift, and contributing to waste management.
