Description
The Manufacturing Operator sets up, runs, and maintains paint and coating manufacturing equipment, operates control systems and material-handling equipment, loads and unloads trucks, monitors raw materials and finished goods, maintains production records and equipment logs, supports production orders, and provides training to team members. The role requires applicants to be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship; at least one year of relevant manufacturing, machinery, quality, packaging, material handling, or batch-process experience is desired. The position works 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and offers medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP benefits.
