Description
The Automotive Sunroof Assembly Technician assembles, tests, aligns, sequences, and inspects panoramic sunroof and roof modules for automotive production. The role involves mechanical assembly, wiring and sensor integration, cycle and function testing, glass alignment, leak and cosmetic inspection, barcode scanning, and loading finished modules onto assembly-line delivery carts. It is based on-site or near the Greer/Greenville plant, requires 8- to 12-hour shifts and repetitive lifting of 30–50 pounds, and prefers prior automotive manufacturing experience and familiarity with JIT and JIS processes.
