Description
The Level VI Production Operator (Technician IV) at PCI Pharma Services is responsible for executing, running autonomously, advising, and leading complex aseptic manufacturing activities, billable activities, or continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves adhering to strict regulatory compliance (AEMPS, FDA), ensuring production plan execution, and maintaining safety guidelines. The operator will collaborate on process improvements, prepare for inspections, manage consumable inventory, investigate quality events, and operate various production equipment. They will also handle material sanitation, lead setup activities for different grades, and train lower-level technicians.
