R-Biopharm is hiring a Production Operator to set up, retrofit, and independently operate filling, coating, and packaging plants; document activities according to GMP guidelines; perform maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues; and work in a flexible two-shift model. The role requires technical training or production experience, practical hands-on skills, IT and ERP knowledge, German language skills, reliability, teamwork, and a strong quality awareness.
