L'Oréal is hiring a full-time Production Operator in Libramont for a long-term collaboration. The role operates cosmetic-product packaging lines, manages machine settings and format changes, coordinates packaging supplies, performs hourly quality checks, monitors and diagnoses line anomalies, and contributes to workflow optimization. The position requires familiarity with control-screen equipment, attention to detail, teamwork, personal transportation, and flexibility for two shifts, including night shifts and occasional weekend nights. Compensation is €20.30 gross per hour plus shift premiums, with 37 hours per week and four weeks of training.
