Description
The employer is hiring a Production Operator in Freiberg to operate, monitor, and control production plants; perform machining and special machining processes; adjust equipment; and identify and resolve production malfunctions. The role requires at least two years of vocational training, preferably in metal processing or a technical profession, technical understanding, reliability, responsibility, willingness to work in a full continuous shift system, and German language skills of at least B1. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, above-tariff compensation, vacation and Christmas bonuses, industry allowances, a pension scheme, childcare allowance, and preventive health care.
