The Production Operator will monitor and control a production plant and process, set up and reconfigure systems, prepare work processes, perform ongoing quality control, and contribute to continuous optimization in collaboration with department managers. The role requires willingness to work in a three-shift operation, solid German skills, occupational safety awareness, teamwork, initiative, openness to change, and a valid forklift operator’s certificate. It offers a full-time monthly gross salary starting at €2,697.00, with additional pay depending on qualifications and experience.
