Talentus is recruiting several production operators for a partner company in the Lessines region that manufactures food additives, flavorings, and pharmaceutical molecules. The role includes finishing-operator duties such as centrifuging, drying, grinding, powder sieving, and packaging, or synthesis-operator duties involving organic-chemistry reactors, raw-material loading, distillations, decantations, and solution transfers. The position is 100% scheduled, requires a CESS in chemistry or biochemistry and 3–5 years of equivalent production experience, and offers shift premiums, meal vouchers, and other fringe benefits.
