Description
The employer is hiring a Technical Operator for its Thermofixation department in Haaksbergen. The role operates high-tech thermofixation installations that heat-treat large spiral dryer screens for the paper industry, performs visual quality inspections, resolves minor technical malfunctions, supplies heavy raw materials, and records production data. The position requires full-time availability on a two-shift schedule from Monday through Friday, with shifts of 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00, and requires excellent Dutch, MBO4-level working ability, and the ability to lift up to 20 kilograms. Some prior experience as a technical operator is preferred, while the role offers training, a fixed shift allowance, and a path to a permanent contract.
