The Production Operator assembles small components, supports manufacturing and assembly processes, quality control, and product-standard development, and independently handles production tasks. The role requires technical understanding, willingness to work rotating shifts, flexibility, reliability, a driver’s license, access to a car, and good German. It is based in Wackersdorf, Bavaria, with compensation starting at €15.33 gross per hour and includes an unlimited employment contract, bonuses, shift allowances, and parking.
