Description
The Process Operator / Line Operator will monitor and adjust automated production equipment, perform Level 1 maintenance and troubleshooting, record production data, and support quality and safety standards. The role requires experience operating automated production lines or installing industrial equipment, analytical and digital skills, and a methodical, safety-conscious approach. It offers a 3x8 rotating shift schedule, occasional weekend work, a bonus scale, onboarding and certifications, and opportunities to advance to Technical Specialist or Team Leader roles.
