Description
Wabtec Rubber Products is hiring a Production Operator to manufacture high-quality rubber components for transportation, power generation, and industrial customers. The role involves reading process sheets, operating measuring and material-handling equipment, loading and unloading hot molds or presses, inspecting and trimming parts, using pre-heating ovens, maintaining equipment, and documenting production activities. A high school diploma or GED and recent manufacturing experience are required; rubber or plastics experience is desired. The position may require overtime, weekends, and any shift, with most positions assigned to off shifts. The disclosed base pay range is $20–$25.
