Description
The employer is seeking a production operator to work in a cleanroom environment operating and monitoring blow-molding film and converting/finishing systems, maintaining material supply, performing quality checks, packing items, and documenting unit counts and rejects. The role offers permanent employment with a long-term assignment perspective, planned takeover by the operating company, and performance-based compensation of €16–17 per hour. Candidates should ideally have plastics-sector experience, be willing to work a three-shift system, follow hygienic practices, and have good German language skills.
