Description
Production Operators at Pures Food Specialties LLC in Broadview, Illinois are responsible for safe food manufacturing operations across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The role involves following recipes, using scales and mixers, troubleshooting process issues within recipe limits, maintaining documentation accuracy, supporting continuous production flow, cleaning equipment and work areas, and adhering to food safety, GMP, allergen, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
