Howmet Aerospace is hiring an entry-level full-time Cast House Associate in Barberton, Ohio, to prepare, assemble, and install casting materials and equipment; operate casting lines to cast aluminum billets; inspect cast ingot and scrap; charge and monitor furnaces; ship acceptable ingot; record operating data; and operate a forklift when needed. Training is provided, and the role pays $24.47 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for night crew. The position requires manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, mobile equipment certification, and legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
