Description
The Production Operator safely and efficiently operates food manufacturing and packaging equipment to produce high-quality bakery, pastry, and ice cream ingredients. The role includes setting up and adjusting machinery, performing quality checks, documenting production and sanitation activities, assisting with changeovers and troubleshooting, maintaining a clean work area, and following food safety, GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays.
