Description
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely, including industrial blenders, according to production schedules and quality standards. The role involves inspecting materials and products, weighing and mixing ingredients, maintaining equipment and paperwork, recording production data, and reporting malfunctions. No formal education or prior experience is required, and the position requires physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 pounds.
