Description
M&H Personalservice GmbH is seeking production operators for electronics manufacturing in Oberhaching and the surrounding area. The role involves assembling and connecting electronic components, populating printed circuit boards, soldering, maintaining quality standards, documenting production results, and supporting general electronics-production activities. Initial electronics manufacturing experience is advantageous, soldering experience is desirable, and candidates need technical understanding, manual dexterity, careful and reliable work habits, and good German skills. The position offers regular Monday-to-Friday hours from 07:00 to 15:30, compensation according to the GVP collective agreement, bonuses, vacation pay, a variable working-time account, flexible hours, and opportunities for internal training and further education.
