Description
The Production Operator I assembles battery components such as cells, connectors, lids, and hardware through soldering, hand crimping, ultrasonic welding, and resistance spot welding. The role operates and monitors automation machines, uses hand and power tools, follows work instructions and technical drawings, resolves rejected-part issues, and supports continuous improvement and cross-training. It requires a high school diploma or GED, physical lifting of up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and the ability to work overtime.
