The role assembles small to medium-sized electronic and mechanical components, performs precision soldering and soldering-related work, operates measuring and test equipment, troubleshoots and repairs assemblies, inspects work, and follows detailed work instructions and safety procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least three years of electronics assembly experience with printed-circuit-board soldering, and soldering, de-soldering, rework, or SMT experience.
