Description
The Production Operator I reports to the Shift Leader and performs production tasks including packaging 10–50 lb. bags and 3,000 lb. super sacks, cleaning and maintaining equipment, tracking production data, reporting inconsistencies, and following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic communication and math skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and previous production or manufacturing experience.
