TTI is hiring a Production Operator in Gluing Technology for its Munich facility. The role involves assembling and bonding protective structural units, applying adhesives, joining workpieces and mats, bonding safety cells, sealing adhesive joints, and performing surface pre-treatment. Candidates should have metal or plastics training, production experience, strong German, and the ability to read drawings; a forklift license and crane inspection/testing experience are preferred. The position offers a permanent contract, gross hourly pay of €21.98–€28.28 plus allowances and bonuses, and a €1,500 welcome bonus.
