Description
Norgine Pharma is recruiting Production Operators (M/F) on fixed-term contracts at its Dreux pharmaceutical production site. The role involves operating production equipment, performing format changes and first-level maintenance, preparing supplies, identifying and resolving production anomalies, maintaining traceability, completing production documentation, applying GMP and HSE procedures, coordinating with other departments, mentoring operators and new employees, and contributing to continuous improvement and incident investigations. Applicants should have Bac to Bac+2 education in industrial production or process-related fields, with initial industrial experience preferred and GMP knowledge appreciated.
