Description
The Production Operator will work in an inorganic solid production environment, operating and monitoring production and filling systems, measuring and loading raw materials, performing in-process checks, setting up and cleaning equipment, and providing basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration support. The role requires chemical production training or experience, knowledge of GMP and occupational safety, IT system proficiency, willingness to work full continuous shifts, and good German language skills. Compensation is up to €25.23 per hour under the chemical industry collective agreement, with additional bonuses, vacation, and permanent employment benefits.
