The employer is hiring a Production Operator (m/f/d) in Heilbronn to support solar cell production. The role involves operating semi-automatic and automatic systems, processing solar cells, performing visual inspections and quality checks, documenting measurements, identifying defective parts, and maintaining cleanroom cleanliness. Candidates should be willing to learn, have quality awareness, be able to work in a cleanroom, adapt to shift work and occasional weekend work, and have German skills of at least B1 and basic PC knowledge.
