Description
The Production Operator / Machine Operator will independently operate, set up, and monitor cooking systems used to produce confectionery, sauces, and fruit gums. The role includes following recipes, maintaining quality, keeping production logs, complying with HACCP hygiene and safety standards, and supporting process improvements. Candidates should have machine and plant operator training, food-technology or confectionery-technology training, or several years of food-production experience, and must be willing to work a three-shift system. The position offers an hourly wage starting at €17.11, vacation and bonus benefits, and predictable shifts.
