The Production Operator / Machine Operator will set up and monitor cooking equipment, produce confectionery, sauces, and fruit gums according to recipes, maintain quality and production logs, follow HACCP hygiene and safety standards, and support process optimization. The role requires machine and plant operator training or food-production experience, willingness to work a three-shift system, and the ability to work in warmer temperatures and dusty conditions.
