Guardian Glass is hiring a Production Operator - Material Handler in Geneva, New York to operate and troubleshoot equipment, support manufacturing efficiency, maintain safety and housekeeping standards, inspect products, resolve quality issues, and prepare finished glass for shipping. The role may work in float, coater, off-line cutting, tempering, or warehouse departments and includes rotating 12-hour shifts. Candidates need computer and technology familiarity, with one or more years of experience in a farming, manufacturing, industrial, or military environment preferred. Pay starts at $20–$23 per hour based on experience, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after six months of employment.
