Description
The Production Operator prepares and blends liquid and powder batch formulations for capsule manufacturing, operates machinery, performs cleaning and sanitation, and supports quality assurance and control. The role requires machine operation, mechanical aptitude, multitasking, basic math, moderate computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders or stairs, and identify colors. No prior experience is required, but a drug test, physical, basic math assessment, and 50-pound lift test are required. The schedule is a 2–2–3 rotation from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with pay of $23.00 per hour and permanent-hire pay of $24.00 per hour after 90–120 days.
