Description
The Production Operator will interpret blueprints and job specifications, build products to required specifications, use measuring devices and tools, maintain quality and productivity standards, complete production paperwork, and coordinate with supervisors and engineers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and individually. Physical requirements include sitting or standing for at least 90 consecutive minutes, using both hands for soldering or repairing soldered wires, and lifting up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
