Actief Oostkamp is hiring a Line Supervisor for its cookie production facility in Oostkamp. The role manages one production line and a team of 2 to 6 employees, operating machines, monitoring schedules and quality, handling minor malfunctions, recording production data, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The position works permanently from Sunday through Thursday on the night shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Applicants need relevant operator or supervisor experience or a strong desire to learn, very good Dutch, and their own transportation; benefits include a night premium, meal vouchers, training, and career advancement opportunities.
