Description
The Production Operator will insert and remove components on production machines, operate and monitor systems, perform minor equipment maintenance, conduct quality inspections, and follow safety regulations while manufacturing complex precast concrete products. The role requires physical work, two-shift availability, German language skills, and a class B driver’s license for applicants outside the commuting area; a forklift license is an additional plus. The position offers a development path toward shift leader and pays €15.53–16.00 gross per hour plus allowances.
