Description
The Production Operator, Sewing will manufacture industrial-grade gaskets by joining, gathering, and reinforcing fiberglass textiles with an industrial sewing machine. The role operates and tends the equipment, inspects components for defects, performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots machine issues, tracks production, and maintains a safe work area. It is an on-site, full-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and possible additional work as needed.
